Today is my birthday! I seriously cannot believe that I am 18. I had so much fun today! My wonderful parents gave me 18 roses (pictured below). I also got to go to rehearsal for Children of Eden, which is going fabulously. The other picture is from rehearsal tonight. I stole my friend Peggy away from her dancing (Sorry, Peggy) for 2 seconds to get this picture of us in our pink outfits.
Peggy is one of the leads in the show and she is phenomenal. She blows my mind every time she sings. On top of being incredibly talented, she is the kindest person in the world. She made me feel really special about my birthday and she is just great. So, today, as I turn 18 and officially become a part of the adult world, I can't help but think about how the rest of my life will unfold. Peggy has really inspired me. I hope that one day I will be as kind and caring as she is. I can only hope.
